WebMainsaver is designed to work in conjunction with your desktop Mainsaver application and extends access to the software via a Web-based log in option. Web based requests via the WebMainsaver module include:

WebMainsaver login IDs may be generic IDs assigned to designated groups, with access rights limited to specific options (such as new work request entry).

Mainsaver Modules

WebReports Module

A web-based application for displaying Mainsaver InfoMaker or PowerBuilder built reports that are accessible from any remote web browser. This allows personnel working out of different locations to consolidate information and create unified reports.

Mainsaver ShopFloor Module

The ShopFloor Module provides tradespeople a common area to handle most administration tasks quickly without returning to the maintenance department. ShopFloor is accessible to managers providing an alternate method of creating and viewing maintenance work orders or to continuously track and get up-to-the-minute status information.

Mainsaver WebShop Floor Module

The Web Shop Floor Module provides the same options as Mainsaver Shop Floor offering an alternate method for tradespersons to select and record assigned work, complete and/or closed work orders, record time, and record materials used for the job, etc. with the additional function of providing web access.

Mainsaver 21 CFR Part 11 Compliance Module

In compliance with FDA Regulation 21 CFR Part 11, Mainsaver provides, computer-generated, time-stamped audit trails necessary to meet FDA requirements for all maintenance-related activities.

Manage and audit maintenance compliance activities such as:

  • Maintenance of assets, including those affected by preventive maintenance systems

Calibration Module

The Mainsaver calibration module supports traceability, tracking, history and reporting which are critical for best practices in calibration management, including tracking calibration results, root cause, variances and the corrective actions performed.

Mainsaver Key Performance Indicator Reports Module

KPI reports offer a collection of pre-engineered Key Performance Indicator Reports (KPI’s) to accurately manage maintenance operations.

Invoice Matching Module

The Invoice Matching Module reconciles invoices with purchase orders, goods received, and credit notes received against specific invoices. Non-conforming, 3-way match, invoices are flagged and held for further action. After invoices have been matched and cleared, adjustments are posted based on the actual price paid.

  • Easy Invoice Entry - Invoices can be added against any approved purchase order.
  • Flexible Clearing Rules - Invoices are automatically cleared if costs and quantities match or if the invoice falls outside the specified matching tolerance it is flagged for appropriate action.

Automatic or Audited Posting - Posting of matched invoices may be performed automatically, or separately to permit auditing and amendment.
